I had such a mixed experience at this hotel! The rooms were absolutely stunning, spacious, and well-appointed with a huge and glamorous bathroom featuring Hermes toiletries. Despite a slight humid odor, the room's open layout to the central patio ensured a quiet stay. However, the service left a lot to be desired, with reception clerks often appearing stressed and clueless about guest requests. The location, while not ideal and somewhat out of the way, offered nice spacious surroundings. The dining options were a bit limited, but the quality was impressive. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
